FAQ - Wi-Fi NK-HOSTE

Answers to problems with Wi-Fi connection to the NK-HOSTE network.

How do I connect to the NK-HOSTE Wi-Fi network?

To access the NK-HOSTE network, you must first register once (user manual). Registration is valid for 30 days, and during this period, you cannot re-register with the same login details.

Why can't I log in with my NK reader account details?

Registration for use of the NK-HOSTE network serves to verify your identity and ensure access to the service. It is not not related to registration in the NK ČR. Visitors with a one-day ticket can also register and connect to the network.

How long is registration for the NK-HOSTE Wi-Fi network valid?

After registration, the Wi-Fi connection is valid for 30 days. During this period, users should be able to connect to the Wi-Fi network automatically. After 30 days, it is no longer possible to log in using the existing password. It is necessary to re-register and then use a newly generated password to log in.

What should I do if the network does not log in automatically?

During the 30-day period after registration, the user may be automatically logged out. In this case, it is necessary to log in (not register), i.e. enter the generated password valid for the given period, which was sent to the reader during registration to the specified phone number and email address.

The login page is not displayed!

If you are not automatically redirected to the registration or login page, open your internet browser and load any web page. This will activate the redirection.
