The exhibition presents Tales of Bulgarian Literary Exile (1944–1989).
The exhibition displays works by Bulgarian writers who were forced to write in exile during the communist regime. It presents key figures, their fates, and their main works, and highlights the relationship between literature written in exile and in the homeland. It also offers an opportunity to explore parallels between the Bulgarian and Czech situations during the second half of the 20th century.
